Service Description

Indoor • Check filter and replace (if needed) • Check and inspect coil, backwash (if needed) • Inspect blower motor and lubricate (if needed) • Check capacitor • Flush drain and condensate pump • Check return and supply temperature • Inspect thermostat and calibrate (if needed) • Inspect and tighten electrical wiring connections Outdoor • Inspect coil and wash off (Mandatory) • Inspect compressor, fan motor, and amperage • Inspect disconnect • Inspect and tighten electrical wiring connections • Level Condenser
